If you do not wish to receive such electronic mail or SMS messages, you may indicate this within the two step Activation process for the Product. You also have the opportunity to stop receiving messages by using the opt-out link in each email or SMS message which you receive.
For the purposes listed above, 3V Transaction Services Ltd may provide any information concerning you, the 3V Product Recipient, to:
agents, sub contractors or other companies in the 3V Transaction Services Ltd group;
any (proposed) assignee, transferee, mortgagee, chargee, novatee, grantee, other disposee or successor and their respective officers, employees, agents and advisers;
any person with whom 3V Transaction Services Ltd has entered into or proposes to enter into contractual relations in relation to the use of the 3V Product or who provides or proposes to provide services to 3V Transaction Services Ltd in connection with the 3V Product or their respective officers, employees, agents and advisors, and shall include, without limitation, 3V Transaction Services Ltd, identified as the "Service Provider" in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
3V Transaction Services Ltd shall also be entitled to disclose personal information relating to you if it is required to do so by law or a requirement of a competent authority, or if you give your consent to such disclosure. Your personal information may be transferred to such parties located in Ireland and other countries in the European Union and to any entity located within the United States of America, which is engaged in the provision of payment processing services on behalf of the Service Provider, where such entity adheres to and complies with the US Department of Commerce Safe Harbour requirements or European Data Protection legislation.
Any such information disclosed will be subject to strict confidentiality arrangements between 3V Transaction Services Ltd, its Service Provider and their respective agents.
You have the right, at any time, to request a copy of any personal information that 3V Transaction Services Ltd holds about you as a 3V Product holder (for which 3V Transaction Services Ltd may charge a small fee) and to have inaccuracies in that information corrected.
You also have the right to have any inaccurate information rectified or erased, to have personal data taken off a direct marketing or direct mailing list and the right to complain to the Data Protection Information Commissioner.
