Emails must be sent from the current email address for your online account (the email address you used during the activation process if you haven't changed it from your 3V online account since and they must include the last six digits of you 3V Visa number if you have a query about a particular 3V Voucher or Gift Card Visa Number.

You can redeem the remaining funds from a 3V Voucher to your Bank account or another active 3V Voucher using the My 3V Account. If you want to transfer funds to your bank account you will need to add/update your bank details before the redemption of a 3V Voucher. There is a charge of £3.50 to redeem the value of a voucher to your bank account.
Alternatively, you can transfer funds from one Voucher to another, as long as the Voucher you are transferring money to has not expired. There is a charge of £1.75 for each amount transfered from one voucher to another.

If you want to transfer funds to your bank account you will need to add/update your bank details before the redemption of a 3V Visa Number. There is a charge of £3.50 to redeem the value of a gift card to your bank account.
Alternatively, you can transfer funds from your 3V Gift Card, to another 3V Visa Number as long as the Visa Number you are transferring money to has not expired. There is a charge of £1.75 for each amount transfered from one Visa Number to another.
